Hello and welcome to HCM, The symptoms of headache, body pain and stomach pain are not likely to be associated with anal sex. The mechanical trauma caused by anal sex will take some time to heal. I suggest you to avoid any activity which may injure the anal mucosa. You may take sitz bath if pain is interfering with your routine. Rest of the symptoms can be managed by rest and pain killers. Stomach pain can occur due to gastrointestinal infection. Thus, you are required to take light, fresh and hygienic food. Avoid taking fatty and spicy food.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
