What Causes Headaches Along With Blurred Vision And Crossed Eye?

I have migraines as well as history of pseudo tumor cerebri. Recently I have experienced headaches with blurred vision and noticed my right eye crossed. Before noticing this I had been to the ER but only treated with meds and sent home. Not sure if the following is related but I have also had severe jerking or twitching of prominently my upper body.. I visited ER for that as well but blood work was OK so they yet again treated headache and sent me home. What could be wrong and is it urgent?

get examined by neurologist for examination and advise on treatment. ican suggest migrainil tablet to start one tablet and increase upto 6 tablet till improve from all symptoms.
