I, also, get bad headaches, chest pains, bladder leaks, dizzy, light headed, about 5 second black outs, cannot breathe, choking and gasping for air. any ideas.
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
By your history and description, possibility of angioedema is more likely.
It is sudden spasm of wind pipe due to exposure of any allergen (second hand smoke in your case).
Best treatment of this is avoidance of smoke.
But if you have exposed to smoke then take tablet montelukast (anti allergic) and Levocetrizine or Fexofenadine (anti histamine) for relief in angioedema.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
