What Causes Headaches Along With Dizziness And Fever?

My son is 9 years old . He had a bad headache with dizziness on Monday and he was also pale and greenish but normal color returned within the hour. That evening he had a fever of 101. I kept him home from school on Tuesday. His headache and fever improved but he complained of a sore throat. Today he developed a rash on his feet and nose and mouth area and is still complaining of a sore throat. I have him scheduled with the doctor tomorrow morning but I trying to see if I need to do something more immediately.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are many conditions that include rash and sore throat symptoms.
The most common causes are a strep throat, caused by streptoccocus
and (hand-foot- mouth disease) caused by a viral infection.
It looks like a viral syndrome actually, but he must see the doctor tomorrow to examine his throat and rash, for the right diagnosis and treatment.

Meanwhile can use Tylenol or Advil to relieve headache and he can drink cold beverages,eat ice cream to ease sore throat
