What Causes Headaches Along With Dizziness And Nausea?

Hi I am 24 years my last period was may 12 now its July 3 and it still have not arrived. Last month or say three weeks ago every morning terrible headaches, dizziness a lil nausea and insomnia. I ve been sleeping better now but I m tired during lunch time and more hungry than usual. It took a pregnancy test the 1 of July and it was negative. Now I m having a lil cramping. Can I be pregnant?!

having hormonal imbalance and severe irondeficiancy anemia. consult gynechologist for examination a advise on investigation. treatment can be advised after complete diagnosis. gofor pregnancy test and can be repeated.or you can gofor pregnancy test blood in laboratory if it is negative then pregnancy can be ruled out.
