MY CO-WORKER SLIPPED AND FELL BACKWARDS HITTING HER HEAD ON WAY INTO BUILDING TODAY. SHE HAS HEADACHE, RINGING IN EARS, AND IS DIZZY. SHE HAD GONE HOME AND SLEPT AND I WENT TO SEE HER AT 3 PM. I AM AT WORK. WHAT CAN WE WATCH FOR? IS THIS A FREE SITE?

If she has a persisting headache, she should see her doctor.

Headache is one of the criteria used to determine if a person needs imaging after a minor head injury.

The other criteria used are: vomiting, age older than 60,, drug or alcohol use, seizures, visible injury, short term memory loss.
These are called the new orleans criteria for CT scan after head injury
