What Causes Headaches Along With Dizziness?

Last week I had a headache like a thunderbolt and i was dizzy for a few seconds, later that day I lost my appetite and 3 days later I went to the doctor. I thought I had a brain tumor but she did the whole body check and concluded that I have a stomach virus, even though my fever was 98,6 (37), and I didn t have diarheea yet. 3 days ago diarheea started and it ended today. I still have a slight state of dizziness but I have eaten ~1200 kcal a day, while my daily intake is usually double ( I practice amateur bodybuilding). My stomach started to take more food now, I can eat rice, chicken even some chocolate or walnuts and not get diarheea, only some cramps. Is it possible to only have a virus and for it to stay ~10-14 days?

Hi! If you have been diagnosed with a virus infecting the stomach, it is perfectly possible to have symptoms (problems) like fever, headache and diarrhea. Since you have not mentioned what virus or viral family that you have been infected with, I will surmise that typically viral infections can indeed remain in the body for a fortnight (~14 days) till remission, palliation or cure.
I would suggest too that the anorexia (loss of appetite) produced is also due to the virus. These are facts. Thanks. Dr. Neel Kudchadkar Healthcaremagic
