What Causes Headaches Along With Dizzy Spells And Fatigue?

I hit my temple dead center on the corner of a shelf. It wasn t hard. However instantly I received a headache, nausea, dizzy spell. The headache grew to migraine symptoms; headache, nausea, seeing zigzags of light when I close my eyes, my eyes sometimes do not adjust and gave me slight dizzy spell. Today there is no nausea, but the headache is still the same, eyes hurt, pain in my neck is severe, and can shoot down my back. My body aches, light is sensitive to my eyes, and I am fatigued. Sometimes I feel my eyes not adjust quickly. I have taken Excedrin migraine, Tylenol extra strength, drank plenty of water. Nothing has changed. I am unsure what the next step is. This is day two. Any suggestions?
