What Causes Headaches Along With Fatigue And Chest Discomfort?

I have suffered with a nagging head ache for months. (for the first month in a half, I woke up with it and went to bed with it). I have had fatigue, muscle pain and weakness, discomfort in my chest (comes and goes) and aching in my armpit. (With little bumps (smaller than a dime)) I have been under a lot stress due to some family issues. I am on Gabapentin for the headaches (not working) and Citalopram for depression (also not helping). a few other symptoms are involved, but many seem to come and go. Lyme s disease test came back negative. My symptoms seem to match almost perfectly with Lyme s. Any other tests I should ask for?
