What Causes Headaches Along With Fatigue And Chest Discomfort?

Please,I am been having headaches,feeling weak to an extent of wanting to fall down when I walk,uneasiness in my chest and where my heart is, which is giving me shortness of breathe,waist pain and frequent urination.I have conducted a widal test and I was told my white blood cells are low,i have been taking zincovit ,folic acid and vitamin b complex.The problem is still persisting .I need ur help.thank you

Hi,

Breathlessness on walking, losing balance and falling down and headache are symptoms of the underlying problem which can originate from the heart.

Breathlessness on walking and tendency to fall on standing can be due to a fall in blood pressure which is due to problems in the heart.

As you have already taken the medication which the doctor has prescribed to rule out the possibility of iron deficiency or anemia which has almost the same symptoms.

But your condition has not improved so I recommend you to have a checkup with cardiologist so that your problem can be addressed properly.
