Hi welcome to the health care magic

You are having acute upper respiratory tract infection....

Your work up done as follow...
-CBC
-Auscultation
-ASO titre
-posterior pharynx examination

If it is viral (lymphocytosis in CBC) then Symptomatic management done with lots of water and decongestant like diphenhydramine....

It's better to take decongestant and paracetamol combination drug to relieve headache also

Steam inhalation done three times a day

Salt water gargle done three times a day

Drink more water

Avoid excess spicy foods

If CBC shows neutrophilia and high total count or ASO titre positive then antibiotic prescribed

Take care

Hope your concern solved

Consult physician for examination and discuss all these with him
