What Causes Headaches Along With Fever?

my wife went to the clinic today, her symptoms are migraine like headaches, she feels like she is burning up inside but not running a fever, they gave her a injection in her hip (they wouldn t tell me) my wife said it was only for pain but she didn t have to wait after receiving the injection, the doctor then prescribed her zithromax 250 mg z-pack oral and methylprednisolone 4mg steroid pack, the clinic refused to tell me what pain injection they gave her. She said it was allergies, I would like to know what the prescription above treats please

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
zithiromax is antibiotics also known as azithromycin
commonly given for infection
methylprednisolone pack however is steroids and rarely given for infections
Generally given for disease of autoimmune in nature and that injection might have been steroid.
Her disease might have worsened so given injectable steroids with oral one.
Antibiotics to suppress any onging infection.
But sir I am only assuming things based on data available and your wife might be right.
sit next to her and discuss her illness holding her hands.
