What Causes Headaches Along With Low Blood Pressure Levels?

Hello, I seem to have developed a new issue with low BP all day today starting at about 5, this morning it s been about 85/44 most is the day with only twice systolic reaching above 100. My pulse rate has also been low. About a week ago I feel out of bed, after having an intense amount of pain as well as heat from my lumbar/ tailbone areas, it was discovered a large bruise on the right side of my fanny had developed, i ve read everything on these page s to see if I should go to the hospital, I forgot to mention I also most passed out when getting my drink this morning that prompted me to take my blood pressure, I have chronic back issues they want to fuse. The bruise is fading but there is a lump on the inside towards my spine. Been afraid to take my pain and other meds and now I m not sure if I m having slight heartache or anxiety. I did notice a head ache when sitting upright last few days however my neck is fused and stiff so,? Missed talking to my Dr. Today but did try. Recommendations? As in should I go to the hospital or continue to wait and see?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to hypotension.

Still for further assessment you may require complete hemogram, blood sugar levels to rule out any other possibilities after physician consultation.

Keep your self hydrated.

Do regular blood pressure monitoring.

Take balanced diet and proper rest.

For headache you can take tablet acetaminophen

Hope I have answered your query...
Let me know if I can assist you further.
