General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic....

Do you have slurred speech and tingling like complaint also?
Here blood pressure related problem seems most likely...

Your blood pressure should be checked and if very high than treated accordingly...

If with history and examination transient ischemic attack suspected than rule out it by MRI...

Otological examination done if needed....

Take care

Consult physician for your examination and detail work up as per need
