First of all go to a GP and get your Blood pressure checked and if possible get an ECG during the palpitations to rule out any arrhythmias.
Also please mention your age.
Since how many days do you have these symptoms?
Do you have any swelling over feet or abdomen?
Is your cold associated with climate change or related to exposure to dusty environment?
Please reply so I could better guide you. thank you.
