What Causes Headaches Along With Right Sided Neck Pain?

I ve been having headache s with neck pain it seems most of it is located on the right side. My head feels heavy, especially when I bend down, I also get disoriented, this also happens if I look up for any length of time more than 10-15 we second.

Hello,

Loose stools associated with blood is suggestive of dysentery. Dysentery is caused by gastrointestinal tract infection with certain infectious agents. Explosive diarrhea is characterized by passage of large amounts of water and flatulence. Explosive diarrhea can occur due to acute exaggeration of chronic diarrhea.

The symptoms you describe sound like migraine headache. I will suggest you rest well, take a pain drug like Advil and observe. If symptoms persist, you see the doctor for examination and other treatment options.
