What Causes Headaches And Abdominal Pain While On Nuvaring?
On nuva ring 4 days later after taking it out on the regular schedule is when my period actually came I m usually regular. Bad head aches and pains more than usual. My question is if I should put the next schedule ring in tonight being Sunday that your would normally do so or if I should wait.

It is not related to Nuvaring.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
