I was wondering.. ever since I went off birth control and most likely all my medication for bipolar and depression... Every morning I wake up with headaches.. shortness of breath, like i m not able to breathe.. Heart pounding.. Sudden sounds scare me.. i feel nauseous.. it s been about 4 months now.. It gets tiring... alarm clocks scare me... i cant handle it... so how can I fix this.. and why does this happen?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

It is unlikely to be due to birth control pills.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
