General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

From what you are reporting, the headache is due to a tension headache most probably from stress or work overload.

I highly recommend to:
- monitor your blood pressure, and record the results. You can measure your bp at your local drug store
- try to cope with stress
- breathe fresh air, and drink plenty of plain water
- avoid caffeinated drinks
- try to eat healthily
- memory supplements can help
- take chamomile/aloe vera/valeriana/passiflora infusion especially at bedtime.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini,
