What Causes Headaches And Dizziness While Suffering From Lupus?

I get migraine headaches and I have lupus. The other night dizziness came on suddenly and I noticed when I woke up and was moving around and realized how dizzy I was. It continued all day yesterday and today. Lying down does not make it go away and my headache has not gone away in two days. I have taken some of my migraine medication which helps the headache some but not the dizziness.

You have to get an MRI brain for further assessment.
