What Causes Headaches And Dizzy Spells Along With Blood In Ears And Nose?

Hello I have had really bad problems lately with headaches ever sense I got hit in the head and now I been feeling dizzy also my ears and nose has been spotting blood could that be from being hit in the head multiple times 4 a multiple period of time??

Your symptoms indicate a possible serious injury. Only a thorough examination and scan can give you a proper diagnosis. By avoiding a proper assessment you may be putting yourself at grave risk. Intellectual speculation will not help you to heal. I strongly urge you to see a physician in person.

Regarding your experience of headaches dizziness blood spotting from the nose and ear following a previous multiple hit at the head I am strongly believing that you have developed a condition called basal skull fracture due to head injury

In view of this please do a
skull CT scan
Skull x-ray
Serum electrolytes level

In the mean time check also your blood pressure to rule out hypertensive condition

Meanwhile take tablet aspirin and see neurosurgeon with the result
