General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is not related to meganeuron. The symptoms are consistent with common causes like a migraine or a tension headache, as first-line management you can try analgesics like aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.

If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
