What Causes Headaches And Heaviness In Chest?

I get really bad headaches and now I can barely hear out of my left ear at all.I have tried to flush it and it didnt really help any.At first I didnt get any type of sound in my left ear but now I get this sound its not really ringing but I cant describe it.Also im not sure if its related but I get really shaky out of nowhere and sometimes my chest feels heavy and I have difficulty breathing.Any idea as to what could be wrong?
