What Causes Headaches And Loose Stool After Exposure To Spray Pain?

I painted kitchen cabinets with spray paint today. I thought I had plenty ventilation. I can t walk straight, head ache, tummy upset and I have nausea and I just have to lie down. I don t know what is wrong with me. When I move my head I m dizzy. Thank you for listening.

you are sensitive to smell of paint. in future you should avoid such inhalation. now can start taking tablet levocetrizine 5 mg in morning and take oxygen inhalation. pure oxygen therapy are available.
