What Causes Headaches And Lung Problems While Baretts Esophagus Is Pre Cancerous?

Hi I m Michael in 2008 my Baretts esophagus was determined to be pre cancer I have been filling sick again my right side hurts, headaches, and been having lung problems. I don t have insurance so I don t go to the doctor often I can t afford insurance so I sure can t pay 2,500 for a scope. What do u think it is, its got me going crazy. Good thing I haven t past blood in two months what do u think it is?

Appreciate your concern,
Could be likely consequence of GERD, more complication can be avoided
If this is not being treated well then this may turn into malignant disease in 10 % of cases this may have this complication.
Treatment:
Avoid coffee, alcohol, smoking, spicy food prior to bed, no stress, sleep in possible incline position
Medication:
Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day for 6 weeks
If condition being taken good care then result would be excellent.
