Stay away from direct exposure to sunlight, dust, pollution, maintain blood pressure and blood sugar level at all cost. Fatigue may be indicative of
thyroid dysfunction,
chronic fatigue syndrome, anemia, general body weakness, chronic disease, etc. You can take
flunarizine, or triptans, sumatriptan.
One stat after food or when needed to prevent headache and nausea. Stay well hydrated, take adequate amount of water and fluids. Do not skip meals. Take adequate rest, at least 8 hours quality sleep at night to avoid fatigue. You can take
multivitamin, once daily for 10 days.
Blurred vision is not only a sign of migraine but also a sign of stroke. You are suggested to get a complete medical check up done. Get all required blood tests, imaging tests done to detect the pathology causing you symptoms so that you can be treated at the earliest. Stay away from addictions, alcohol, drugs, smoking, etc.
