What Causes Headaches And Neck Pains?

im 27 yrs old , i have got a severe headache ,above my eyebrows,below the eyes ,neck pain and also my back head is also paining like any thing what i have to do immediately now to overcome it bcoz now i canot go to any dr at dis time so can u suggest any home treatment so dat i can sleep aramsly tonight tnk s.

Hi,

Causes are:
- Migraine
- Stress or tension headache
- Eye ache due to poor vision or eye disease

As you cannot go to doctor, you can follow some home remedies:
- Dim your light to relax eyes
- Avoid mobile or TV use
- Avoid any kind of noise
- Take tablet acetaminophen or Naproxen after prescription
- Head massage above eyes and near occipital region
- if you have nasal blockade or post nasal drip, steam inhalation will help. Drink hot coffee or tea
- For migraine headache, applying cold fomentation will help.
