What Causes Headaches And Nosebleeds After A Injury Around Forehead?

My 20 year old daughter is visiting friends out of town. She bumped her temple in a car accident last Saturday morning. The air bag did not deploy. EMT s checked her out at the time, but Since then, she at first had severe headaches over the weekend, and a stiff sore neck, and multiple nosebleeds. The nosebleeds stopped for a couple days, but she s had a few more and today she fainted. I am worried about what risks she may have by not getting checked by a doctor.

Hello
She definitely needs to see a doctor for an exam, skull and neck x-rays to check for fractures, and an MRI of the brain if warranted to make sure she doesn't have bleeding inside the brain. The nosebleeds could be from a fractured nasal bone
