What Causes Headaches And Pain Radiating To Shoulder And Arms?

I have pinched nerves in my neck protrusions and cysts causing pain in shoulder and down arms. I also get terrible headaches. Now the past two days I have had a terrible time with stuttering which I have never had before. I went to emergency yesterday and the CT scan looked fine. I am wondering what is going on. Ideas? Hello,

It may be necessary performing a brain MRI in order to exclude a possible small stroke not visible on the brain CT scan. In the meantime, I would recommend taking Pregabalin or Duloxetine for the pain management.
