What Causes Headaches And Tiredness?

For the past 2 weeks I ve had all day headaches and constantly tired. Even sleeping 9 hrs a night im tired all day. The back of my head and neck are stiff. My appetite is still normal and no symtoms of a cold or flu. I thought it was allergies but nothing had really helped

If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.
