Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You may be having attacks of migraine with nausea, lightheadedness, abdominal symptoms.
You can take painkillers for a few days.
Repeated episodes require prophylaxis treatment with divalproate, propranolol, topiramate, flunarizine, amitriptyline.
Preventions require lifestyle modifications like timely food, proper sleep, avoiding excessive tea and coffee.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health and early recovery.
Regards
Dr Deepti Verma
