What Causes Headaches, Chest Tightness And Frequent Bowel Movements?
I have been having headaches, nasel congestion, tightness in my chest, trouble swallowing, pain in my left arm, and vomiting, and just today my upper abdomen started hurting like it did when I had my hysterectomy, and I ve had eight bowel movements today, all of which are brown, but smell like tar.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water avoid spicy food.
Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
