What Causes Headaches, Diarrhea And Dizziness?

in the past few days i have had headaches diarrhea(sometimes light blood in stool) lightheaded sleeplessness in the last day or 2 i can add heartburn nausea and a slight but sharp pain in my left arm. Some people tell me is just a bad case of heartburn

There are multiple reasons for headaches, diarrhea, and dizziness. If you don’t have other symptoms, then most likely it can be due to heat stroke. For this you have to stop going out for few days, keep yourself in cool environment and drink lots of water. There can be other reasons like gastric infection in this condition you may also get fever, stomach pain, and vomiting. So, at present you require proper diagnosis first so I would suggest you consult a physician and do basic investigations like CBC, urine RM, and serum electrolytes.
