What Causes Headaches, Dizziness, Temple Swelling With Pulsation And Tenderness?

I keep getting headaches, and above my left temple gets swollen and pulsates and is tender to touch- and not present on the right side, or when Ido not have a headache. I ve also noticed I get dizzy/head rushes during these events. My blood pressure has always been fine.

Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
I read your query and understand your concern
In my opinion you are suffering from tensive headache which is fully treatable
You should use a combination of daily treatment such as propanolol (or depachine,Topamax, amitriptyline) and pain killers for some days (ibuprofen)
Anyway I would strongly reccomend a neurological evaluation and if it is possible scheduling a brain MRI just to be sure we aren't missing something
Hope my answer will help you in fast recovery
Stay healthy
Best regards
