What Causes Headaches During Summer?

Hi Doctor, I never used to get any headache but since last year, usualy in summer i get realy bad headaches. I dont like to take pain killers so the headaches are very bad, I can not even more my eyes as the pain gets worse. as soon as i go out in sun it starts..but not all the times. I feel as if my blood is so thick that its not reaching my head. I am healthy , 160cmand 55kg. thank you so much for your help

These types of headaches are caused by heat during the summer. Try to avoid as much as possible exposure to the sun, stay well hydrated, avoid alcohol.
