What Causes Headaches, Fingers Tremor, Speech Slurring, Disorientation And Loss Of Balance?

i am having headaches and my fingers shake for a few second or maybe it will feel like me toes are crossing. my speech has become slurred and i forget what i'm trying to say or I know what i want to say but it come out not in the order i thought about it. my balance is a little off when i stand it feels like i going to fall over and i feel like i need sugar really bad one day and the next not at all and i have really bad heartburn and no bowel movement for days. this has been on going for some years now. what do you think i have?
