Psychiatrist 's  Response
headache in your condition can be an independent symptoms or it can be side effect of medication.
Things to consider here are if it is a new symptoms that has occurred for the first time, and there is a clear temporal association to the start of medication.
vortioxetine being a relatively new drug has scare evidence of side effects.
I suggest you to take up this issue to the treating psychiatrist and discuss with him.
