What Causes Headaches In Sleep When Suffering From Hypothyroidism?

Hello doctor iam 43 and suffering from morbid obesity.my weight is 110 kgs. Also i get frequent migraine kind of headaches almost evry night and i wake up suddenly.only afetr doing pranayams iam able to go for the second round of sleep.this is proving to be very stressful.pls advise.i have hypothyroidism and iam taking 50 mg every day.

you'd want to be checked for sleep apnea. also, of course, make sure the thyroid level is reasonable from how it looks on lab findings. (see that the levels aren't too low or high on lab testing).
