Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to electrolyte loss or due to variation in blood pressure. Do you sweat a lot?. In case you sweat a lot then it can be due to electrolyte and fluid loss. In such case taking fruit juices and salt will be helpful to relieve your head ache. Blood pressure should be measured also. Do you have any recurrent upper respiratory infections or sinusitis. That also can give such head ache. In such case it should be managed. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
