Hi I m 30 18 stone 10 height 5.10 and bmi 32 I have had a stressful few weeks I have been working stupid hours when I stopped working Saturday I have had servere heads aches and been moody and low on energy since I did a blood pressure test at the hospital on a machine while visiting and it said high blood pressure 147

Headache and low energy can be due to over working. I suggest you to take rest and relax for few days. I suggest you to get your blood pressure measured again. In case the blood pressure is still high, you need to take anti-hypertensives.
