What Causes Headaches, Nausea, Sore Breast And Upper Abdominal Pain?
Severe headaches persisting over a month now, nausea (less frequent than 2 weeks ago.... sore breasts (both outside near armpits and underneath) some clear to white dicharge when squeezed.... and last week began to experience upper abdominal numbness right in the center just below breasts its an On and off feeling.

Because you have persisting headaches and secretions from both breasts you will need to have a check to rule out lesions of the pituitary gland which lays behind the nose bone, in the frontal brain area. Nausea can happen with it as well.
If a mass is present in the pituitary gland it may cause headaches and also due to increase of some hormones that it produces can cause also secretions from the breast.
