General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

We will try to help you in the best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, if surgical options are limited, medical options include nerve blocks for severe pains but oral therapy with analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be used.

If not controlled more potent analgesics like tramadol or gabapentin may be needed.

Nerve pain suppressants like gabapentin can be continued alongside supplements for calcium, D3 and ossein mineral complexes. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
