Hello !
I read your question and understand your concern .
An explication would be a chronic infection of mal absorption from intolerance to gluten . A malabsorbtion could cause all these symptoms. It is normal to have cycle irregularity when you have a poor nutrition.
I would like to know if you have felt depressed lately . Depression could be another cause of these symptoms.
I would recommend a good physical examination, a full blood work for inflammation and anti/Gliadine antibody levels for intolerance to Gluten.
If everything is normal I woud recommend you to consult with a psychiatrist.
Hope to have been of help!
Thank you for using HCM!
Best Wishes!
