What Causes Headaches, Sleep Issues, Body Pain, Eye Twitching, And Constipation?

Hello, I am an 18 year old female. Not pregnant. Lately I have been experiencing many symptoms such as headaches, sleep problems (wake up every hour and can’t fall back asleep or sleep for 14 hours), pain in ribs, legs, neck, knees, shoulder, headaches, eye twitching, and constipation.
