What Causes Headaches, Stomach Cramps And Late Periods?

Hey,I have been having head aches and constantly feeling sick and also have been having pain cramps in my tummy. I am wondering if you think I am pregnant, I kinda got my period it was3 days late and only had it for 3 days rather than 6 and it was also very light not heavy. I took 2 test and one said pregnant and other said not pregnant?

Hello!
I understand your concern.
In this situation I think that you should first exclude a possible pregnancy. Headaches are not very typical of a pregnancy, but may be related to hormone imbalances.
Pregnancy tests are not very sensitive or specific.
I would recommend to have an ultrasound from your gynecologist to exclude this. A blood analysis for inflammation or chronic anemia would be necessary.
Hope to have been helpful!
Greetings!
Dr. Aida
