What Causes Headaches, Stomach Pain And Hurting Ears?
Hi I am 78 yrs old. I have been getting slight headaches and feeling very sick to my stomach and my ears bothering me. Also, get hot, sweaty and dizzy. Also, felt like something hit me in side of my neck. Any suggestions? Weight: 220 lbs. Height: 5:2 Take blood pressure med, claritin, and pills for restless legs

As you describe, it appears that you have the head ache, due to the B.P, medicine, as most of the anti hypertensives, will have the head ache as side effect.
Sweating and dizzy ness, hot flushes, pain in the neck could be due to the gastric irritation, over weight, infection of the internal ear etc.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
He may prescribe you omeprazole, domperidone, and cinnerzine, paracetamol,till the diagnosis is established.

I really appreciate your concern and from the history given here I could say that the chances of viral fever is very likely and in my opinion have a bed rest and try symptomatic medicine and no need to worry about this it would come around soon, take care and have a nice day.
