What Causes Headaches, Swollen Neck Lymph Nodes, Sore Throat And Fatigue?

I HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH DULL ACHY HEADACHES, LYMPHNODES SWOLLEN IN NECK AND A MILDLY SORE THROAT ALSO FATIGUE, WEAKNESS, AND THEN YYYY@YYYY EVENING NOTICED MY ANKLES AND LEGS WERE SWOLLEN TERRIBLY. JUST DID NOT FEEL WELL AND MAY HAVE HAD A MILD GRADE TEMPERATURE. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A WHILE, EXCEPT THE SWOLLEN ANKLES/LEGS IS NEW. ALSO WOKE UP 3 TIMES DURING FRIDAY NIGHT AND COULD NOT BREATHE.

Which may leads such symptoms profile like swelling in knee and other parts of body.May associated with upper respiratory track infection.
