What Causes Headaches That Lead To Nausea, Losing Balance And Seeing Red And Black Spots?

Hi i keep getting headache, I go to sleep with one and wake up with one.. I fell that someone is putting a screw in my head.. i cant be around the light or hear any type of noice... at time i see red and black spots and get really nausea and fell like vomiting, i also lose my balance alot when i get this headache. is this normal?
