What Causes Headaches That Progresses Through The Day?

For about 2 months I have been suffering from headaches occurring across my forehead and between my eyes. My doctor put me on antibiotics and different pain medications but nothing has worked. It starts off mild and dormant durung the day and midday a little more intense and at night it gets a little worse. I take zyrtec which puts me to sleep at night. I've requested an MRI from my neurologist since nothing appears to be working. What are your thoughts?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi dear.

I had gone through your query.

Yes MRI can be informative to find out cause.

If you have persistent headache in spite of taking analgesic then need to investigate further.

1. Eye sight check up and fundus examination to check any pressure changes.
2. ENT consultation to rule out sinusitis.
3. CT Scan and MRI.

If all come normal then it may be due to tension or stress related headache. Then consult psychiatrist for further assistance.

Still if you have a query then feel free to ask.

Happy to help you further.

Regards.
Dr Vishal Garala.
