What Causes Headaches, Throat Pain And Ear Pain?

i am working at a company with alot of stress busniess insurance u can say i am expericeing pain on the top of my of left head an also been having some thoart issues alone with my ear an for some reason the other day it was getting hard to see but only in the sun but this head pain an others have been 3days now

For headache three possibility can be there.
-reffered headache from ear issues
-tension headache by stress induce muscle spasm
-migraine

You have not mentioned which ear problem present ....Labyrinthitis can lead tegfred headache.

Here you have flashes if bright light so suspecting migraine and it is also aggravated by stress.

Now you have no symptoms .

But consult physician for blood pressure check up and physical examination with detail history ....

Avoid precipitating headache factors like......
-stress
-skipped meal
-inadequate sleep
-bright light
-loud noise
-smoking etc.

Yoga and muscle relaxation exercise helpful.

While headache ibuprofen can taken.

Avoid constant use in laptop as I am saying because you are working in company.
